Using the voltage transformer system the unit will provide variable control for either the Coote VC9 or VC11 range of electro-magnetic vibrators.
The unit will provide accurate control of the feed rates required and the output to the electro magnetic vibrator.
The CFV10 replaces the earlier range of toroidal controllers offered by Coote Vibratory.
Whilst not offering the infinite fine control of electronic versions the cost effectiveness of this unit makes it worthy of consideration and completely suitable for most customers’ requirements.
Screwed plastic glands at lower end of casing providing entry for customers load and mains cables.
Accepting a cable range of 4mm to 7mm diameter..
Terminal block connection carried out on customers installation.
The mains cable must provide an effective earth return. 3 core cable must be used throughout.
Slotted holes in base flanges of controller casing provide easy mounting of unit.
No special requirements for ventilation as slotted casing amply provides this.
Two part case in zinc coated steel, finished in a white powder coated durable paint finish.
Large black control knob with pointer operation over a clearly marked graduated dial for variable speed setting.
Easy to use On/Off switch provided on operating face of casing with a flexible sealing cover.
Internal 1.6 amp F/B Fuse easily accessible when top casing is removed.
Controller operates over a temperature range of -15° to +80° degrees Celsius..
